Anusara Yoga- Is a Vinyasa Style of Hatha Yoga that is saturated in the Tantric Goddess Teachings. Anusara believes that there is an auspicious oneness that connects everyone and everything. Anusara teachers are trained to see this intrinsic goodness in everyone on and off the mat and to guide the student to align their body and mind/heart to the best blueprint of their own practice and life. Anusara is an Aligned-Flow class that teaches the beginner to even the advanced student how to enhance their Yoga Practice. Meditation—a seated practice of one-pointed-focus to calm the nervous system and to elevate one’s mood. Kundalini Yoga—is a fun, powerful Yoga Style that uses kriyas, which are a combination of movement, breath, and meditation toward an outcome. Kundalini is the female energy, depicted as a snake that lies dormant at the base of the spine and this Style of Yoga works to awaken her. Once she is awakened she pierces all seven major Chakras or Wheels of Energy until Enlightenment is achieved or Oneness with the Divine. If you aren’t into that stuff no worries, Kundalini Yoga promotes determination and boosts confidence by practicing the kriya for minutes at a time. There can be a lot of moving in Kundalini Yoga; however, it is a low impact exercise for those that have joint pain, wrist, and knee issues. This Yoga is great for all ages. Not Hot.

Yin Yoga is a great way for the active, sporty types to work on stretching the fascia and muscles of the body.

Why Hot Yoga?
HOT YOGA RELAXES THE MUSCLES AND IMPROVES CIRCULATION. YOU ARE ABLE TO SAFELY ATTAIN A DEEPER EXPRESSION OF THE POSES BECAUSE THE BODY TEMPERATURE IS WARMER. THE HEAT SWEATS OUT TOXICITY FROM THE BODY AND BOOSTS METABOLISM.
NOT HEATED ROOM IS AT 75 DEGREES
Hot ROOM IS BETWEEN 85-90 DEGREES
