Beginner's Yoga Series—Is for the beginner student or the student who wants to know more. Here the student is taught how to safely move through a series of common yoga poses. Demos, physical assists, and an occasional hand-out is provided to support the learning experience. You won't just learn poses; you, also learn breathing and meditation techniques, which support deep relaxation. Not Hot.
