You are the Rock: You Rock!

You are also that very same rock that you keep near you or hold in your pocket. Your Yoga, Pranayama, and Meditation Practice all help you to be more of a solid foundation like a big rock; you are sturdy, strong, and steadfast. Because you practice Yoga, your default is more positive and you emanate this everywhere you go. 

When you are standing in a long line doing belly breathing (pranayama) and being present instead of thinking of the other things you could be doing instead of waiting your turn, your deep breathing becomes contagious to the others around you. You set the seen for calm. Be the rock in the middle of the lake that is tossed in and makes ripples! Be the positive change. Keep up the good work. See you on the mat, seat, or in the air soon
