Vinyasa Yoga is Moving Meditation

Our Yoga Asana or Posture class is a moving Meditation. Here on the mat we take time to breath, to be in our body, to move flex and stretch, to let go of stress or strain, and to rest at the end. Vinyasa Yoga means to “place in a special way” and that is what we do in this magical dance of movement. We align our bodies in these postures and we contract and release and let go.
