Be Sweet to You
On our mat we some times take our issues out on our body, when we should be working out or issues through our tissues and making sweet love to ourselves. This happens a lot in Power Yoga, which I love by the way. We become aggressive towards this amazing human form we embody.
Be sweet to you instead. Don’t try to control the human form or tame it; don’t push so hard, breath more, let it be. Yes, sweat it out but be sweet to you all along the way. Have fun with this embodiment of you. See you on the mat, in your seat or in the air soon!
