“Breathe,” is the best advice someone can give. Yoga taught me how to breathe: To breathe all the way down to my feet and exhale all the way through the top of my head and beyond. I was a shallow chest breather like most of us for a long time. Most children, young adults and teenagers are chest breathers. What a wonderful tool to give to the young community to improve wellbeing, improve their immune system, and clear the mind clutter.
Adults are just kids in bigger clothing. We all need this reminder to breathe deeper and exhale completely. Notice the pause after you inhale, exhale, pause, inhale. Slow, slower, repeat. See you on the mat soon.
