Meditation

Hello again! I took a few weeks off from Blog writing. Not because I wanted to but, because life has a way of happening to us. My youngest had a fever and a cold the same week the Yoga Hammocks were hung. I’ve been playing catch up ever since. 

People without children and busy schedules, and College Students too, know how it is to get lost in the hustle. My yoga and meditation practice helps. I don’t always have time for a full 30 minutes of meditation. In the Yoga Hammock I sit, recline, or enjoy cocoon (there is a picture of cocoon pose in the Gallery). I take seven to ten minutes to meditate and be with my breath. This is the practice. It is simple. It is still. It supports.
