Balance Takes Strength

Balance takes strength, boundaries, and steadfastness. To say yes to what you want means you are saying no to something else—that is a boundary. It takes strength and steadfastness (planning) to create balance in a busy lifestyle. I’ll ask a friend I haven’t seen in a while, “How are you?” “Busy,” is their reply. We all are. 

To have the moment of ‘Awe’ or “Aum” for us Yogis, we have to slow down at some point. When we make our appointments for our Wellness and Workouts on a Sunday night for the week ahead that takes strength, boundaries, and steadfastness. You can’t wing a balanced lifestyle and good health you constantly have to work at it. See you on the mat, in your seat or in the air soon!
